Bargain Backer Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for items covered by this policy; unless otherwise specified, within 30 days of the invoice date. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise.
By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:
Your return must meet the following criteria or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.
Basic Criteria: All returns must include the following:
* Original Condition (Not Used)
* All accessories
* Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
* Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from site or customer service for the correct product and not yet expired Basic Policy Check the Special Returns Policy below to see if it applies to your return.
If not, then the following Basic Returns Policy applies:
(1) An RMA number must be requested within (30) days of the invoice date. For an RA (Return Authorization) number, Contact Customer Service at customerservice@bargainbacker.com. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection.
(2) Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery and are immediately replaced free of charge (subject to stock availability).
(3) All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until the part is received.
(4) All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the return is not a result of our error or non-defective products.
(5) Refunds are only accepted for defective items due to an error on our part. Refunds are also accepted if the item does not function upon arrival. Returns that are due to an incorrect order because of customer error, or buyer's remorse are subject to a 20% restocking fee.Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
(6) Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Replacements will be shipped at our expense.
(7) Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
(8) Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Bargain Backer will refund back to your method of payment.
(9) Non Returnable Items:
All Pet Gear sales are final. These items cannot be returned
after they are purchased by the customer. If a customer has an issue with a Pet
Gear item they received they will need to contact Pet Gear directly for
assistance.
We will notify customers of refund via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item.
Please allow 14 days for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse.
